Website Development Agreement

PLAYHEADS Creative Ltd. agrees to design and develop a website under the AI Mode Website Build package, including:

• Unlimited pages
• Custom design tailored to Client's brand
• Mobile-responsive layout
• Basic on-page SEO setup (meta titles, descriptions, H1 tags)
• Contact form integration
• Google Analytics setup
• Website launch and deployment

Any work outside this scope requires a separate written Change Order and may incur additional fees.

The project is estimated to be completed within 4–5 weeks from the date of this agreement, subject to timely receipt of content, feedback, and approvals from the Client.

Delays caused by the Client — including late content submission or delayed feedback — will extend the project timeline accordingly. PLAYHEADS will not be considered in breach of this agreement due to delays caused by the Client.

This agreement includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. A revision round is defined as a consolidated set of changes submitted in a single written request.

• Additional revision rounds beyond 3: $150 CAD per round
• Major scope changes (new sections, structural redesign, new features) are not revisions — they will be quoted separately via Change Order

Total Project Fee: $4,500 CAD

All payments are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The completed website will only be transferred to Client's hosting environment upon receipt of final payment in full.

The Client agrees to:

• Provide all required content (text, images, logo, brand assets) within 5 business days of project kickoff
• Provide written feedback within 3 business days of each submission
• Designate a single point of contact for all project communications
• Ensure all content provided is owned by the Client or that the Client has full rights to use it. PLAYHEADS shall not be liable for any third-party intellectual property claims arising from Client-provided content

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client will own all rights to the final website design and content created specifically for this project.

PLAYHEADS Creative Ltd. retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise requested in writing by the Client within 30 days of project completion.

Website hosting is not included in this agreement. The Client is responsible for securing their own hosting plan.

PLAYHEADS Creative Ltd. offers a Basic Website Hosting plan at $39 CAD/month, available as an optional add-on under a separate agreement.

• PLAYHEADS warrants that the website will function as described upon delivery under standard browser conditions
• PLAYHEADS is not responsible for third-party service outages (hosting providers, domain registrars, or other external services)
• This agreement does not include ongoing maintenance; post-launch changes will be quoted separately

Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice.

• If the Client terminates after project kickoff, the deposit of $2,250 CAD is non-refundable
• If PLAYHEADS terminates without cause, any payments received beyond the value of work completed will be refunded on a pro-rata basis

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
